Our Guinness Pouring Spoon is mainly used to prepare drinks such as the Black & Tan (Guinness & Bass), Half & Half (Guinness & Harp), and Black Velvet (Guinness & Champagne). This is done by pouring the Guinness onto the back of the Pouring Spoon so that it "fans" out over the 2nd drink creating a dividing line between both drinks.
